We welcome parents who are of any gender, religious belief, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and culture to join our program. We value the diversity that is created by being open and strive to have families that reflect the diverse backgrounds of children in our care. Our families can consist of single parents, couples, spouses, or partners.
We encourage all families to inquire who can meet the minimum requirements to provide care which include: pass a criminal and child abuse background check, own or rent a residence with 2 or more bedrooms, are financially stable, have time to commit to a child.
To provide underprivileged children who have been abused, neglected or exploited with a safe, nurturing environment; To provide services to children and adults with Intellectual Disabilities.
At the heart of our mission lies a profound commitment to form lasting bonds and create family ties through our Adoption and Care Services.
With the support of our Home and Community-Based Services (HCS), we not only facilitate adoptions but also ensure that the integration into a new family is smooth, supported, and enriched by a community that cares deeply. Every step taken towards adoption through our program is a step towards a future filled with love, stability, and the joy of togetherness.

Forever Families is dedicated to creating lifelong matches between children with special needs and committed loving families wanting to adopt. Your support can make the transformative difference in securing a forever home for these deserving children.
HCS is a Medicaid Waiver Program offering individuals with intellectual disabilities or related conditions supportive services as alternatives to institutional care. Eligible participants can receive care in their own home, a family member's home, foster care, or small group homes, fostering a more integrated community living.
The need for Compassion and action is greater than ever, our mission to support underprivileged children and individuals with intellectual disabilities calls for heroes who can champion change.
